Can I sign up late ?

You can sign up right up to class day! BUT, it helps when you sign up as soon as possible: YOU get the best selection, and WE can set enrollments. Don’t worry... if your plans change, you can cancel and get a refund. Note: Instructors do not register students in class!

How do I know I am signed up ?

When you sign up, you will receive either an email or mailed confirmation. If you have a question, call us at 895-4386.

Can I get a refund ?

You get a full credit or refund if a class is canceled, if you withdraw from a class before it begins, or if you are not fully satisfied. We don’t prorate for missed classes. Also, some trips require non-refundable deposits and payments; and some classes that require purchase of supplies and other expenses in advance cannot be refunded. But we will always do everything we can to keep you satisfied.

What if the class I sign up for is already filled ?

We will try to place you in a backup class at a different day or time. If unable to do so, you will receive a full credit or refund.

What if my class is cancelled ?

In case of cancellation, we will contact you about three days before a class first meets. You will receive full credit or refund.

Do classes meet during holidays?

We observe the regular school calendar. Unless specific arrangements are made, there are no classes during school holidays.

Are classes canceled for weather?

If schools are closed due to weather or emergency, Community Education classes are also cancelled. For evening and weekend classes, please use your own judgement if you do not hear from us. We cannot always keep up with changing weather conditions. When possible, we’ll schedule a make-up class. Outside of office hours, call 830-895-4386 and check the Cancellation extension.

Can I use tobacco or eat in class?

Use of tobacco products is prohibited on all school property (buildings AND grounds). No food or drink is allowed in school classrooms, with some exceptions at the Auld Center.
