Beginning the first week of December! Mindfulness is an awareness practice that increases enjoyment and appreciation of life and reduces anxiety, fatigue and irritability.  We are not our thoughts.  Learn to watch thoughts come and go and not cling to them.  Live in the world and consciously respond to it, not mindlessly react to it.  Come listen to meditation tips and practice a variety of mindfulness techniques.  Develop an understanding of simple-not easy-meditation and come up with your own ideas of what works best for you.  You are invited on a lifelong journey to live in the moment.
