Staying active has positive benefits for everybody!  Come on Monday, Wednesday and Fridays, 8:15-9:00 a.m. to enjoy our series of low-impact gentle exercise routines, which include seated muscle toning, full body movement and stretching.  Learn how to improve strength and balance for everyday activities – Stay and enjoy the social coffee-time following the class!  Become a Dietert member and receive a $1 discount per day.
