Qigong is a mind-body practice that melds slow, graceful movements, mental focus and deep abdominal breathing to boost and balance a person’s vital energy, or qi.  Sessions will include movement, meditation, massage, relaxation and breath work.  This class is performed primarily seated and is appropriate for all ages.  This is a weekly ongoing activity, Mondays from 11:00am-2:00pm and Thursdays from 10:00am-12:30am that you pay as you go. Dietert Members receive $1 off each class.
