A gentle dance based exercise class geared towards improving flexibility, agility and mobility for those who have muscle loss or nerve damage due to MS, ALS, Parkinsons or age. A fun class for those who want to get moving again. We focus of Barre Stretches and simple dance moves that are fun and build strength. All adults are welcome . You will need to wear comfortable clothes and tennis shoes. Class times are 3:15 - 4:15pm every Tuesday and Thursday.
