A challenging workout encompassing strength training, core work and leg sculpts.  Light weights with isometric repetitions will tire your muscles like never before and raise your heart rate unlike traditional strength training.  Pilates type moves on the mat are geared to firm up your abs and activate core muscles.  Legwork at the barre will tone and sculpt the legs and glutes.  Think of the legs of a dancer.  They can be yours!
