The three pillars of fitness are Cardio, Strength, and Flexibility.  In this 45 minute class you will enjoy a fun, physical run through of each of these pillars.  First you will warm up and get your heart beating, your blood flowing, and your breathing faster with some cardio.  These are generally fun exercises that will change each week, and will help you whittle your waistline, gain mobility, and develop endurance.  Then you'll use those warm muscles in calisthenics strength training exercises.  This will improve bone density, increase your fat burning capacity, and make you more capable of completing daily movement requirements (ever notice how some days it's just hard to stand up?)  Finally, you'll cool down with gentle floor work strength training, stretches, and gradual moves that will improve your flexibility and balance.  Good for any adult age group, and any fitness level, as the class will be able to cater to all levels of fitness and flexibility.  Bring a yoga mat and some water to drink.  A warm sweater to put on after class is also a good idea.
