Are you tired of being tired and just not feeling your best?  Are the nutritional headlines often confusing and even upsetting?  Does getting up in the morning with a sunny outlook, full of energy, without aches and pains seem an unattainable goal?  Learning the do's and don'ts of good nutrition can be challenging, but fun and inexpensive, armed with the facts.  In this class we will explore eating strategies and way you CAN obtain YOUR goals.  There will be a question and answer period at the end of each session.

Class 1
The differences between holistic nutrition and non holistic nutrition and why it is important
Making sense of the confusion that surrounds what we should do and eat to become and stay healthy
Achieving a healthy, healing nutritional foundation, that’s good for YOU Why you are unique, with unique needs

Class 2
The half truth of, you are what you eat
Let’s talk digestion, what helps, what hinders
What we eat and don’t eat is only one part of the story

Class 3
The strengths and weaknesses of the many current popular diets
We will look at some of the latest research and aids pertaining to getting to, AND maintaining our ideal weight for health and energy

Class 4
Supplementation oral and otherwise, the perfect complement to HOLISTIC nutrition
Vitamins, minerals, amino acids, herbs and essential oils
Stress busters, dry brushing, oil pulling and restful sleep
Forming a plan to achieve Your health, wholeness and energy goals
Students will be given a choice of an essential oil sample packet at the end of the course.
There will be time set aside at the end of each class for your questions
