In this course you will master the most proven methods in project management as well as exciting new techniques emerging from current industry and today's most recent research. All course content is consistent with the knowledge areas and processes of the latest fifth edition of the PMBOK Guide to give readers an advantage in becoming Certified Project Management Professionals (PMP).

After completing this course, you should be able to:

• Define project prioritization, life cycles, and roles
• Identify the steps involved in developing a project management plan
• Comprehend methods for assessing project needs, costs, and risks
• Identify the elements involved in performing and controlling projects
• Describe modern developments and the future of project management

They respond to any questions or concerns you might have, as well as encouraging and motivating you to succeed.

Prerequisites:
Secondary degree (high school diploma, associate’s degree or the global equivalent)
7,500 hours leading and directing projects
35 hours of project management education
OR
Four-year degree
4,500 hours leading and directing projects
35 hours of project management education
