The ukulele is one of the easiest stringed instruments to play.  By learning a few simple chords, you will be able to play many songs.  We will learn how to hold and tune the instrument; learn basic finger positions; chords; strums, and simple songs.  You do not need to read music, but come with a desire to learn and a commitment to practice.  Music is good for the heart and soul.  The most important thing is to have fun while learning something new.  Student needs to bring a ukulele and 3 ring binder.  (Ukulele should be a Soprano or a Tenor - not a Baritone.  May be purchased on line or at any music store.)
