Social media marketing and big data has been described as the genius behind Donald Trump winning the Presidency.  Brad Parscale, and the San Antonio based marketing agency he co-founded, developed the Trump internet marketing strategy.  His agency Giles-Parscale invested millions in primarily Facebook marketing and was record-breaking grassroots fundraising.  Today Brad is the President's 2020 Campaign Manager.  Adam Schindler, VP of Strategy at Giles-Parscale during the Trump Campaign, will explore social media strategy and tactics used in modern political campaigns.  You will see how the role of consumer data, micro-targeting and universe creation helped marketers deliver the right message to the right person at the right time.  Adam will also explore some changes in data privacy laws, what you can do to minimize your digital footprint and what the implications are for your user experience should you clamp down on your public data.
