« back to classes page
I used to think the best salad was the salad someone else made for me, until I learned how to get organized with my preparation and batching.  Come and let's chop away.  I'll inspire you to create easy nutritious salads for the week topped off with guilt free dressings to satisfy your "Chops". We'll be incorporating healthy whole grains, beans, nuts and seeds in our salads and slaws to make our salads filling and tasty. So come join us at Sage Gardens Teaching Kitchen where we learn to love making healthy choices!  Bring an apron, small cutting board and your favorite chopping knife to participate in this fun hands-on class.  A short chopping exercise will be demonstrated to help you hone your skills.  All other materials and food will be provided by your teacher. Class held at the Sage Gardens Teaching Kitchen in Bandera.
