A light-hearted interactive look at where we have come from, our perception of the emerging generations and the challenges we face today from age differences. Utilizing the seminal book, “The Fourth Turning”, as a baseline reference, Dr. Daniel Coleman – author of What a Fine Mess and “An Improved Rational for Public Choice,” outlines the progression of generations in the United States and the consequential effects. From his perspective as an educator, coach, father, son, and businessman, Dr. Coleman, Director of the Division of Business Education for Schreiner University, provides an insightful look which promises to increase your understanding of the generational changes we are all experiencing today.
