Come see what the fun is all about!! Our Introductory Class is for those who are interested in learning Belly Dance but are unsure where to start. This one-hour one-time class will allow you to try out some moves and asks lots of questions!! Gentle enough for any age or fitness level, belly dancing helps you develop balance and flexibility, increase core strength, improve posture, and increase overall fitness. It will also help you whittle away your 'belly' and lose a couple of pounds, all while having a great time with regular giggles.
