Anger can be useful if it propels us to move forward in resolving what caused it.  However, handling our own anger can be extremely difficult given the high emotionality that accompanies it.  This 2 hour workshop is a 360° view of anger, what causes it, how we handle it, the ebb and flow of reactions to it, and conflict resolution.  The workshop takes a look at the feelings beneath anger by identifying the root causes.  Learn how to replace non-productive reactions with productive ones.
