It's the wildest event of the year! Explore the culinary versatility of wild game meat while enjoying a succulent five-course dinner. Hone your oenology skills with discussion of each expertly selected wine pairing. Learn about the history of exotic livestock in Texas and the abundance that surrounds us. Prepared and presented by Chris Hughes of Broken Arrow Ranch and Patrick Wilt of Grape Juice.

Enjoy a five-course dinner including dessert with each course paired with a different wine. Each course will focus on a different cooking technique highlighting the succulent ways wild-game meat can be prepared. This dinner goes above and beyond frying to offer you a delicious experience in Charcuterie, roasting, braising and baking wild-game. Plus a professional wine steward who will match wines from across the world for your tasting enjoyment. 

Cost: $85 per adult, dinner includes wine pours of approximately 14 oz per person.
