Utilizing marital arts training, the primary focus of our program is to develop each student's confidence, discipline and respect for others. Children are taught that having a good attitude at all times is the most important aspect of their training. In addition, students are taught that karate skills are for art, sport, and self-defense, ONLY! Inappropriate use of karate skills is strictly prohibited. H.C.K. instructors work very closely with parents and teachers on any attitude confidence, discipline or academic issues. This is a beginners to black belt program. Uniform is required. Missed classes are not prorated and new students are not accepted after the second week of class.

Are you ready to get fit and make great friends? This class will give you the opportunity to receive a low impact exercise routine and make some wonderful friends at the same time. Please be sure to bring a pool noodle to every class. Current Dietert membership is required to participate in this class! Membership must be purchased in advance for $35 year or $25 for six-months. No other fees are required.

Zumba is a Latin inspired dance & fitness class that incorporates music & dance movements creating a dynamic and exciting fitness program , that combines fast & slow rhythms that help build muscular strength, increase bone density, improve posture, circulation, balance & help strengthen the most important muscle in the body, "the heart".  Students in Zumba class will forget they are working out, since it's so much fun!  $6.00 per session.  $5.00 if you are a member.
