If you have been diagnosed with the early stages of cognitive impairment, Alzheimer’s disease or another form of dementia this educational support program is for you. It compassionately prepares you and your care partner (spouse or other family member, close friend, trusted neighbor) for the journey ahead while offering hope and support. You will learn what to expect, how to continue living a fulfilling life while coping with the changes and challenges you may experience and gain an understanding of the important choices and decisions that will need to be made along the way. By participating with others who are going through a similar experience, you will have an avenue for expression of concerns and feelings while knowing that you are not alone.
